01Who we are and what this is
Deimos Forge is provided by TheMartian.app as an invite-only private pilot. By using Deimos Forge, you accept these terms.
02The pilot
- Deimos Forge is early-stage and is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- The pilot may change, pause or end, and features may be removed.
- We make no uptime or availability commitment.
03Fees
There are no fees, unless we agree them with you in writing in advance.
04Your account and access
- Keep your paired devices secure.
- If a device is lost, tell us so we can revoke its access.
- You are responsible for activity from your devices and your workspace.
05Your model subscriptions
You bring and manage your own model-provider accounts, and you must follow their terms. Usage limits and costs from those providers are yours. We do not provide model usage.
06Acceptable use
When you use Deimos Forge, do not:
- store unlawful content or carry out unlawful activity;
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems or other workspaces;
- try to bypass isolation or access controls;
- mine cryptocurrency;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- resell or share your access without our permission;
- use so many resources that it harms other users.
We may suspend a workspace to stop harm.
07Your content
You own what you put in your workspace. You give us only the permission we need to store, run and secure it. You are responsible for having the rights to it.
08Data and backups
Keep your own copies of important work. We do not currently offer customer backups or export.
09Privacy
See the Deimos Forge privacy notice.
10Suspension and ending
- You may stop using Deimos Forge at any time.
- We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if there is a risk to the service or to others, or when the pilot ends. We will give notice where reasonable.
- When your access ends, we delete your workspace.
11Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we give no warranties about Deimos Forge;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost profits;
- our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which is zero if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we tell pilot users about material changes. If you keep using Deimos Forge after a change, you accept the updated terms.
